Abstract

Chama-se Modernismo no Brasil ao movimento literário que, surgido na década de 20, reagiu contra os cânones estéticos dominantes do Parnasianismo e do Simbolismo e pregou uma renovação radical na temática e no estilo, que não teriam outros limites além da liberdade criadora do artista.
