Abstract

Prof. Agostinho da Silva and the creation of the Center for Regional History Documen­tation and Information (NDIHR, in the Portuguese acronym) of the Federal University of Mato Grosso. The paleographer Maria Cecilia Guerreiro de Sousa's contribution and the publishing of the first inventories of l 8th-century documents related to Mato Grosso. Resulting bibliography published. History of Theater and Plastic Arts. Architecture, Me­dicine, Teaching.

Arquiteto e professor, trabalhou no Centro Brasileiro de Estudos Portugueses da Universidade de Brasília com o Prof. Agostinho da Silva, e no NDIHR - Núcleo de Documentação e Informação Histórica Regional, da Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso. Membro da Academia Portuguesa da História, da Academia de Marinha (Lisboa), do Instituto Histórico e Geográfico de Mato Grosso e da Sociedade Brasileira de História da Ciência.
